We check every exam fact, fee, and requirement against the primary source (the CBP customs-broker pages and the underlying regulations) and stamp each page with the date it was last reviewed. Rules, fees, and exam dates change every cycle, and a figure that was correct on its review date may be updated afterward. Always confirm current requirements directly with CBP before you rely on them.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security, or any prep-course provider, trade association, or government agency. Names of the exam, the agency, and the reference works appear only for accuracy and never imply a partnership.

Intellectual property and the public corpus

The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) and Title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations (19 CFR) are works of the United States Government and are in the public domain. We do not host or bulk-republish that corpus: our trainer drills its structure and links out to the official text at hts.usitc.gov and ecfr.gov, which remain the authoritative versions. The study guides, practice questions, drill tasks, explanations, and graphics on this site are original works created by Customs Broker Sim and Urban Algorithm LLC, authored from the public exam blueprint and the underlying statutory, regulatory, and tariff structure, which are facts and not copyrightable. You may read, link to, and share our pages for personal study. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or resell our content without written permission. Illustrations are original or AI-generated artwork; we use no licensed stock photography.
